A mouth-watering medley of fresh coffee, sweet cream, and luscious caramel. This comforting aroma opens with sweet and creamy notes of coconut, leading into a heart of delicate florals, ripe fruits, and rich buttery undertones. The scent settles into a warm and inviting base of soft musk, sweet vanilla, and decadent caramel, creating an irresistible and cozy atmosphere.

Each candle is made from pure soy wax, our unique all-fiber wicks (designed to offer the optimal rigidity of traditional zinc wicks without any metal wire or paper in the core, providing a cleaner burn).
Candle Care:
Always trim your wick to 1/8" to 1/4" long before lighting. If the flame appears unusually large, simply extinguish your candle, trim the wick, and relight it immediately. For optimal safety and burn performance, light your candle in 4-hour intervals only. Burning a candle for too little time can cause "tunneling," while burning it for too long is dangerous and can lead to your jar cracking due to high temperatures or even a house fire. Never leave a candle lit all day or overnight

1. Processing Time
All our products are handmade to order. Our current processing time is 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. This does not include weekends or public holidays. For custom orders, such as wedding flower preservation, processing times may vary and will be discussed with you directly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your location. We ship to all addresses within Ireland.
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after processing.
- Carrier: An Post
- Express Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after processing.
- Carrier: DPD.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal service issues or busy periods. Once a package is handed over to the courier, we have no control over the delivery time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the carrier's website.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that a package is not considered lost until after a certain number of days have passed, as per the carrier's policy.
5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Ireland. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Cooling Off Period
In accordance with statute and regulation, you may cancel or return your order at any time prior to delivery of the products to you and for a period of 14 days after the delivery of the products to you without any reason (cooling off period). In that event, you must notify the Seller of your cancellation and arrange to return the products to them no later than 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation. The cost of returning such goods is a matter for you the customer.
If you cancel your order, the seller will refund to you the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. If you have not yet received your order, then the seller will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge.
The seller shall reimburse you using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
The cooling-off period does not apply to certain purchases.
Examples are:
· Personalised or custom-made products.
· Products with a short shelf life that spoil quickly.
· Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the seller as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
DAMAGE/DEFECTS TO PRODUCT ON RETURN
If you cancel your order and return goods in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, the seller is entitled to withhold such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by reason of the handling of the goods by you beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
